Integrated Benefit Services, Inc. incorporated in January 2006 by Cynthia Adams, CEBS, MSHRM, SPHR. This new venture was started to address the growing need for professional services to small and medium-sized public and private sector firms relating to delivery of cost-effective benefit plan, accounitng and human resources services.
We integrate Human Resources services with benefit plan administration and accounting services to provide firms with a full-service Human Resources and Benefits Department.
Our clients include publicly traded firms, public sector employers and insurance brokers. We are the solution to administering the complex world of COBRA and FSA, HRA and HSA plans and in providing a full-range of Human Resources management functions.

Firm Principal
Cynthia Adams, CEBS, MSHRM, SPHR - Ms. Adams is a benefits and HR professional with over twenty years of experience. Ms. Adams graduated from California State University - Long Beach with a Bachelors of Science degree in Nutritional Sciences.
Ms. Adams became interested in Human Resources and Benefits management and administration after graduating for Long Beach when she began as a Trust Fund Administrator for an employer-funded Health and Welfare Trust. She was instrumental in developing, implementing and managing a self-funded disability and dental plan. Her involvement in these plans ranged from the initial plan design to the design of the claims payment system for dental and disability claims.
As part of her continuing education, Ms. Adams pursued additional course work in accounting, becoming a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers.
Ms. Adams received her Certified Employee Benefits (CEBS) designation in August of 2000. She completed her Masters Degree in Human Resources Management (MSHRM) from Boston University in July 2007. She received her SPHR from the Human Resources Certification Institute in December of 2008.
